1a. All artistic creations, products, and website and series images/graphics/textual elements are for non-commercial use by purchaser/recipient/site user/otherwise unauthorized party and may not be reproduced or sold in part or entirety. (Sharing links or posting a photo of you with your favorite issue IS okay and appreciated!)

1b. Each personal creation is for non-commercial use and may not be reproduced or sold in part or entirety by you. You retain the rights to the original photos you send in. Any graphics, visual or textual elements, effects, themes, characters, costumes, and other creative components added and/or designed by Picture Pawfect Productions are the sole right of Picture Pawfect Productions. If we decide to feature any such element of your creation (i.e. a character or cape) in an upcoming issue-CONGRATS!-we will omit/change your personal details. We may think you are great but we respect your and your loved one's privacy. If you would like any aspect of your personal creation featured in an upcoming issue, let us know or enter one of our contests here: Fun & Games.

2a. You must be authorized to access the content you send in. Meaning, if the subject and/or content submitted is not yours, you must be allowed to view, hold, use, and share for the purpose of using our service all content submitted. All content submitted must be legally obtained and coincide with our standards for submission. We accept no liability for illegally obtained content.

2b. Creating a surprise gift for someone else:

One of our specialties is making unique gifts your recipient will cherish for years to come. We can keep a surprise a surprise. Just let us know how you are connected to the content you are submitting.

2c. Examples of what you may not do:

Download random photos and falsely submit them as your own or those of a friend.

Go on a neighbor’s property and take photos of his or her cute Fluffy without his or her consent.

Submit professional content copyrighted to someone other than you without that individual or company’s written authorization.

3a. We take your privacy seriously. Your personal details (address, phone number, name, billing information, and email) will never be made public unless you authorize us to release such, as in a testimonial, or in announcing a contest winner. In examples such as these, we would only ask your permission to release a first name and city or state unless you authorize or request us to publish more details.

3b. Any content submitted will remain private unless otherwise specified by you, or if submitted for a contest. (See Fun & Games for current contests.) Your private moments and photos will not be made public nor will the final personalized creation be made public without your prior consent. Bottom line: We will only share the final product with you unless you authorize us otherwise. We will not share any content submitted unless you authorize us otherwise.

4. Content submitted for contests as well as any creative rendering of such content become the right of Picture Pawfect Productions upon submission, and may be posted and/or published . You may request we omit your last name as to protect your and your loved one's privacy. We will not share nor will we use your personal identifiable information like last name, address, phone, or email for commercial purposes; those will remain private unless you authorize us to publish such.

5. Member Services Area: Please keep all comments and content G-rated and respectful. Bullying, profanity, or derogatory content is unacceptable.

6. Terms & Privacy are subject to change. We reserve all rights to the work of our writers, photographers, artists, and creative team not explicitly stated above.
